Prayer requests for week commencing Monday 28th June

Whether you join our 9am Morning Prayer on Monday to Thursday in zoom or pray during your own quiet time each day, we invite you to join us in praying for the following topics this week.  If you have any prayer requests please email Rev Sally or text her if you have her number.  We pray for healing for those who are sick and grieving daily. A prayer to say together daily – Collect for fourth Sunday after Trinity

Monday 28 June – Pray for the homeless people and those struggling to feed their families that they will get access to the provisions they need.

Tuesday 29 June – Pray for the life groups, as they start a new series of study on the Promises Kept by God, for growth in knowledge of the scriptures and good fellowship in the groups.

Wednesday 30 June – Pray for the Covid-19 vaccination programmes in countries where stocks of the vaccination are low and the virus is prevalent.

Thursday 1 July – Pray for people living in countries affected by wars, political conflicts, or natural disasters, that God will bring healing and peace to their lands.

Friday 2 July – Pray for the freedom of speech and expression, and the increasing threat of cancel culture in the UK.

Saturday 3 July – Pray for the work of Open Doors as they seek to help persecuted Christians worldwide. Pray for those who are seeking Asylum in the UK having fled religious persecution in their own country.

Sunday 4th July – Pray and give thanks for Rev’d Simon and St Peter’s Leadership Team as they celebrate the 5th Anniversary of moving to OneStonegrove with Bishop Rob attending the morning service.  Pray that the new media technology installed this week will work effectively in connecting all our churches together for this service.
